T & H Logs Ltd ("we", "our", "us") is a firewood supplier based in Wisborough Green, West Sussex. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 14008463, registered office Clark's Yard, Billingshurst Road, Wisborough Green, Billingshurst, RH14 0DZ. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us or browse this website, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form data: your name, phone number, email, postcode, the product you are interested in, and the message you send us.
  • Server logs: standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for security and troubleshooting.
  • Website analytics: how the site is used, such as pages viewed, time on page, the type of device, and the general area you are browsing from. This is collected through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies, and is not used to identify you.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your order. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order messages for as long as it takes to handle your order, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we have a record of past orders. After that they are deleted.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies on your device and shares that information with Google, who process it for us. We use it to improve the website. We do not use cookies for advertising.
