Before you order
What's the smallest order I can place?
The smallest order is a single tonne bag or a tipper load. For anything larger, or for a trade order, give us a call.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver every day. If you're having logs delivered in Horsham or elsewhere in our local area, it's free, whatever the size of your order. Further out, we quote based on your postcode.
When will my delivery arrive?
For orders from stock, most weeks your delivery goes out the same week you order. We confirm the day when you book, so you'll always know which day to expect us.
How do I order, and how do I pay?
You can order in a few ways:
- WhatsApp or text us on 07734 374774 and you'll get a reply straight away, any time of day.
- Use the contact form and you'll get an answer just as quickly.
- Call us for anything you can't find the answer to here, or for a larger or trade order. The phone is answered every day, 8 till 6.
Once your order's confirmed, you can pay online through the link in your confirmation message, on the day, or by invoice.
